Description
American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with 2+ years of experience and active ARRT certification for a 13-week travel assignment at an acute care hospital in Eureka, CA.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting with 150 staffed beds
- Mammography unit
- 5x8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Saturday through Monday block schedule available
- No on-call required
- No floating to like units within this position, though travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Mammography Technologist experience required
- Active BLS, ARRT, and ARRT Advanced certifications required
- CA state license required if applicable
- Epic EMR experience required
- At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- Free parking is provided on the first day; assignment parking details are provided during orientation
- Dark solid color scrubs required for Radiology
- All RTO must be disclosed upfront; approval is based on facility needs and post-offer RTO requests may be denied
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
