Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a TX or compact RN license and AWHONN fetal monitoring certification.
Details
- Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a hospital setting
- 13-week contract assignment
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted, must not expire within first 30 days of start)
- Fetal Monitoring certification required (AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced, or NCC-EFM)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced 9th Edition certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
- One professional reference required
Additional Information
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring and delivering patients
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
