Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring at least 2 years of L&D experience and active ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications.

Details

• Labor and Delivery unit in a hospital setting
• 10-bed Labor and Delivery department
• Experience with LDRP, triage, L&D, and couplet care required
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Floating to other facilities within a 75-mile radius may be required
• Block scheduling requests are not accommodated

Requirements

• Active OK RN license or Compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate
• Experience in LDRP, triage, Labor & Delivery, and couplet care
• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID required
• Utility bill in the traveler's name with a matching address dated within the last 3 months required
• Permanent address must be greater than 75 miles from the facility
• 2 supervisory references required for consideration
• Copies of all certifications required for consideration

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer per 13-week assignment; no holidays or blackout dates may be requested
• Local candidates are not accepted — permanent address must be outside the 75-mile radius
• Former permanent staff of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year to be eligible
• No license violations or restrictions will be considered
