Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Case Management/Discharge Planning position at a large academic medical center in Boston, requiring an active MA RN license and prior experience in a large teaching hospital.
Details
- 40-hour work week, day shift (07:30–18:00), Monday through Friday
- Case Management and Discharge Planning unit within a large academic teaching hospital (500+ beds)
- Charting performed using Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required; no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- Minimum 6 months of case management experience in a large organization or teaching hospital with 500+ beds
- All certifications must be issued by AHA
- Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted
- 2 professional references required for consideration
- Proof of MA licensure required for consideration
Additional Information
- Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the Boston facility are eligible to apply
- No validated parking is available at this Boston location; public transportation is recommended, or public parking lots are available at approximately $17–$22 per day
- Timekeeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
- 13-week contract
