Description
American Traveler is hiring a Travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week day shift contract at a hospital-based radiology imaging center, with full body and cardiac MRI experience preferred.
Details
- Located in a hospital-based Radiology Imaging Center on the 1st floor
- MRI unit staffed by 4 day shift and 1 night shift MRI Technologists
- Procedures include routine body, brain, abdominal, and extremity MRI; cardiac MRI experience is preferred
- Equipment includes GE and Siemens MRI systems
- EMR: Meditech
- Day shift hours: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekend availability required
- Call required once per month
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of MRI experience, with active experience within the last 6 months required
- MRI full body imaging experience required
- Cardiac MRI experience preferred
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
- License required if applicable
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- One professional reference required (candidates from Florida or Missouri must provide two references)
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates will not be considered
- Scrub dress code: black pants and olive/green top
