Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical Surgical Telemetry (PCU/IMC) position at a 225-bed specialty care hospital in Marquette, MI, requiring at least 1-2 years of experience and night shift availability.
Details
- Work setting is a 225-bed specialty care hospital located in Marquette, MI in the central region of Michigan's Upper Peninsula
- Unit is Medical Surgical Telemetry (PCU/Intermediate Care)
- Shift is nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Every other weekend required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active MI RN license required
- AHA certifications required (specific certifications should be confirmed during the application process)
- 1-2 years of RN experience required, preferably in a PCU or IMC setting
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
- Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel rate

- Hospital specialties include Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine, Rehab, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine & Weight Management, Women's Health, and Pediatrics
- Orientation is held on a bi-weekly basis
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible for this position
- Candidates who are currently employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible for this position
