Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a 13-week night shift contract at a 528-bed tertiary care hospital in Rochester, NY, requiring ARRT(R)(MR) certification and a NYS Radiologic Technologist license with injection certification.

• 528-bed tertiary care hospital setting
• 4x10 night shifts, Friday through Monday from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 13-week contract
• No on-call requirements
• Epic EMR preferred
• Holiday coverage required when holidays fall on a scheduled workday

Requirements

• Active ARRT(R)(MR) certification required
• NYS Radiologic Technologist or Nuclear Medicine license with injection certification required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• Navy and white scrubs required (any combination)
• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
• All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at the time of consideration
• First-time travelers are not explicitly excluded, but 1 year of MRI experience is required
