Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with acute care experience for a 13-week hospital assignment, with Epic EMR proficiency and an OK state license required.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting covering a range of patient populations including pediatric, geriatric, orthopedic, and neurologic cases
- Clinical skills include wound/ulcer assessment and management, breathing techniques, OASIS, evaluations, assessments, and home exercise program development
- Schedule is 5x8-hour day shifts, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with Saturday shifts rotating among PTs
- Epic EMR experience required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of acute care physical therapy experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Active Oklahoma state PT license required if applicable
- Epic EMR experience required
- Experience with pediatric, geriatric, orthopedic, and neurologic patient populations required
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Caribbean blue scrubs required
- Candidates must be clean-shaven to pass N95 mask fit testing — failure to comply will result in cancellation; CAPRs and PAPRs are not available or permitted at this facility
- Candidates must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
