Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience for a 13-week weekend contract at a Level II trauma center in Georgia.
Details
- 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (weekends only)
- 13-week contract
- CT Scan unit within an acute care Level II trauma center
- Patient population spans all age groups: neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric
- Patients include emergency, inpatient, and outpatient cases
- Specialty exams include coronary CT angiography (CCTA) and CT-guided procedures, as well as trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, procedural, and routine exams
- Siemens CT scanners in use
- No on-call required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent CT Technologist experience
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- Current AHA BLS required
- Proficiency with Siemens CT scanners
- Experience with specialty exams including CCTA and CT-guided procedures
- Ability to work with patients across all age groups, including neonatal and geriatric populations
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- Driver's license required for consideration
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images for a broad range of patient types and clinical scenarios, including trauma, stroke, and cardiovascular cases
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break before being eligible
- Any RTO requests must be submitted upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
