Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position at a hospital in Atlanta, GA, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and day shift availability.
Details
- 13-week contract in a General Medical Surgical ICU (640A)
- 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 3 shifts per week
- No on-call requirements
- Charting is performed in Cerner
Requirements
- Active GA or Compact RN license required
- Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA-issued, must be current)
- Preferred certifications: CCRN and NIHSS
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required
- Driver's license required for consideration
- RTO requests must be submitted upfront prior to offer — requests cannot be made after an offer is extended
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break before being considered
- AHA certifications must be non-expired and copies must be provided
