Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position at a hospital in Atlanta, GA, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and day shift availability.

Details

  • 13-week contract in a General Medical Surgical ICU (640A)
  • 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 3 shifts per week
  • No on-call requirements
  • Charting is performed in Cerner

Requirements

  • Active GA or Compact RN license required
  • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA-issued, must be current)
  • Preferred certifications: CCRN and NIHSS
  • Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required
  • Driver's license required for consideration
  • RTO requests must be submitted upfront prior to offer — requests cannot be made after an offer is extended

Additional Information

  • Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
  • Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break before being considered
  • AHA certifications must be non-expired and copies must be provided
