Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift contract in a hospital radiology/CT department, requiring 2+ years of CT experience and an active NH license.

Details

• Hospital-based Radiology/CT Scan department
• Common CT and CTA exams performed include Stroke, Pulmonary, Dissection, and Runoff
• Biopsy procedures, Cardiac CT, Calcium Scoring, and Low Dose Lung CT are not performed in this department
• McKesson PACS is used; Cerner EMR experience is preferred but not required
• Siemens CT scanner experience is required
• Schedule is Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week)
• No on-call requirements
• May be required to float to a sister facility location

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• Active NH state license required; a permanent or compact license must be in hand at time of consideration — temporary licenses are not accepted
• Current BLS and ARRT certifications required
• Experience with Siemens CT equipment required
• Valid driver's license required
• License required if applicable

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Weekly orientation provided
• Former permanent staff are eligible to return as a traveler after a minimum 12-month break in service
• 3 professional references are required upon commitment, with at least 2 from leadership
• Any color scrubs are acceptable
• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are accepted at a local pay rate
• RTO requests must be disclosed at time of consideration
