Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a PA or compact RN license, Epic proficiency, and on-call availability.
Details
- Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
- Evening shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 3:00 PM ā 3:00 AM
- Every other weekend (EOW) required
- On-call is required for this position
- Holiday coverage required on an as-needed basis
- Floating required on an as-needed basis
- Epic EMR experience required
- Potential exposure to COVID-positive patients
Requirements
- Active PA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR required
- Manager interview required as part of the selection process
Additional Information
- This is a tobacco-free and fragrance-free facility
- Candidates will undergo a clinical screening to assess fit prior to manager review
- Maximum of 7 days of time off (RTO) allowed during the contract; all requests must be submitted upfront
- Local candidates are accepted for this position
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
- A full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration
