Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Modesto, CA, requiring a valid CA RN license, BLS, and NRP certifications for night shift work on a 13-week contract.

Details

• Night shift position: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
• 36 hours per week
• Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
• Epic EMR in use

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Active BLS and Advanced NRP certifications required — no pending certifications accepted
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent L&D experience within the last 3 years
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• BSN or related degree preferred
• 5+ years of recent L&D experience (within the last 2 years) preferred
• 1 year of high-risk OB/L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred

• Per Kaiser Permanente's HR Tenure Policy, contingent workers may not exceed two years of assignment without taking 90 consecutive days off, regardless of whether the work was continuous or included gaps of less than three months
