Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring stepdown/PCU experience and an active SC or compact RN license for a night shift assignment.

Details

• Work in the Medical Surgical (3T) unit of a hospital setting
• Patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:6
• Floating to the PCU unit is required as needed
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00)
• Weekday, every other weekend, and holiday coverage required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active SC or compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
• Stepdown/PCU experience required
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
• Clean license and background history required — no hits accepted
• Two professional references required for consideration
• PDF copies of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
