Description

American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for an outpatient and inpatient Cardiac Rehab position requiring prior cardiac rehab experience and an active NJ or compact RN license.

Details

Outpatient cardiac and pulmonary rehab gym setting focused on exercise and case management
Inpatient cardiac rehab responsibilities include assisted ambulation and patient education
Staffing ratio of 2 staff members to 1 patient for inpatient cardiac rehab
Day shift schedule: 2x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Requirements

Active NJ RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
Prior cardiac rehab nursing experience required
COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses + 1 booster) required — no exemptions or declinations accepted
Flu vaccination required — no exemptions or declinations accepted

Additional Information

Responsibilities include exercise-based cardiac and pulmonary rehab, patient case management, assisted ambulation, and patient education
Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to a different pay structure
