Description

American Traveler is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist for an outpatient travel assignment in Jacksonville, IL, with a minimum of 1 year of experience and an active IL PT license required.

Details

• Outpatient setting at a 25-bed Critical Access, Magnet-designated hospital
• Specialty focus on pelvic floor physical therapy, treating both male and female patients
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; no weekends or on-call required
• No floating required within this role
• Cerner EMR used for charting; experience preferred
• 13-week contract with the possibility of extending to 26 weeks
• Opportunity for permanent conversion following the travel contract

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Active Illinois PT license required; must be in hand or already applied for at time of consideration — license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required; AHA or Red Cross accepted (RQI AHA cards not accepted)
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Must be present in Illinois at least 3 business days prior to compliance hard deadline to meet fingerprinting requirements

• Position specializes in pelvic floor evaluation and treatment across a diverse patient population
• Business casual attire or plain solid scrubs required
• Parking is free in any unrestricted space
• Up to 5 days of non-holiday RTO is generally accommodated; requests exceeding 5 days require facility approval
• Candidates must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Local candidates are accepted with no radius requirement
• Former permanent or PRN employees of the Memorial Hospital System must have been away for at least 12 months before applying as a traveler
• Travel pairs are not accepted
