Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a weekend-focused day shift position at an academic medical center in Ohio, requiring ARRT certification and experience in inpatient, outpatient, and ER settings.

Details

• Academic teaching hospital setting with inpatient, outpatient, and ER patient populations
• CT Scan unit with experience required across a broad range of procedures including extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, and chest/thorax
• Siemens scanner equipment used
• Schedule is 3x12-hour day shifts on Saturday and Sunday plus one additional weekday (Friday or Monday depending on coverage need), running 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Rotating holiday coverage required
• May be required to float to different units within the health system as needed

Requirements

• Current BLS and ARRT certification required
• IV start and contrast administration skills required
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, and ER CT environments
• Experience with Siemens CT scanners required
• Academic or teaching hospital experience required
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Perform CT imaging across a wide range of anatomical regions including extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, and chest/thorax
• Former employees at this facility do not require a 30-day break between assignments when changing representation (exception applies to Sterile Processing Techs)
• All time off and scheduling requests should be disclosed at the time of initial submission
• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years are required for consideration
• A full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration
