Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position in Syracuse, NY, requiring a NY RN license, Level II trauma experience, and Epic EMR proficiency.

Details

  • Hospital Emergency Department (ED) setting in Syracuse, NY
  • Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts
  • Every other weekend (EOW) required
  • No blocked scheduling permitted
  • Charting via Epic EMR
  • 16-week contract

Requirements

  • Active and clear NY State RN license required
  • Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS
  • Minimum 3 years of ED RN experience required
  • Level II trauma center experience required
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Two professional references from a manager or supervisor within the last year required for consideration
  • Resume with no gaps in work history required for consideration
  • Skills checklist completed within the last 12 months required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Travel experience is highly preferred
  • Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but may be subject to a different pay rate — contact your recruiter for details
