Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position in Syracuse, NY, requiring a NY RN license, Level II trauma experience, and Epic EMR proficiency.
Details
- Hospital Emergency Department (ED) setting in Syracuse, NY
- Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts
- Every other weekend (EOW) required
- No blocked scheduling permitted
- Charting via Epic EMR
- 16-week contract
Requirements
- Active and clear NY State RN license required
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS
- Minimum 3 years of ED RN experience required
- Level II trauma center experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Two professional references from a manager or supervisor within the last year required for consideration
- Resume with no gaps in work history required for consideration
- Skills checklist completed within the last 12 months required for consideration
Additional Information
- Travel experience is highly preferred
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but may be subject to a different pay rate — contact your recruiter for details
