Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a Radiology CT unit at an academic Level 1 trauma center, requiring GE Hi Def or Revolution CT scanner experience and prior travel experience.
Details
- Inpatient acute care radiology CT unit setting
- Level 1 trauma center
- 12-hour night shifts
- Every other weekend required at minimum
- No block scheduling
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of travel CT Tech experience required — first-time travelers will not be considered
- Experience with GE Hi Def or Revolution CT scanners required
- Inpatient acute care experience at a Level 1 trauma center required
- Peripheral IV insertion skills required — candidates must be able to independently start IVs on outpatients
- Active MA license required if applicable
- Current ARRT (CT) and BLS certifications required
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Additional Information
- Candidates who have worked at any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility (travel, perm, or per diem) within the last 12 months will not be considered
- Orientation is held weekly every Monday, excluding holidays
- COVID vaccine and booster and flu vaccine are required; medical exemptions are accepted
- Parking near this Boston-area facility may cost up to $43 per day
- All requested time off must be disclosed at time of consideration
- Interview availability dates and times must be provided at time of consideration
