Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel CT/X-Ray Dual Modality Technologist with at least 1 year of experience in both CT and Radiology for a night shift position in Durant, OK.

Details

  • Work setting is a hospital-based Diagnostic Radiology department
  • Dual modality role covering both CT and X-Ray (general radiography)
  • Equipment includes GE CT and Shimadzu X-Ray (experience preferred)
  • EMR is Cerner
  • Night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Wednesday through Friday (3x12-hour shifts)
  • No call required
  • No floating required

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in both Radiology and CT required
  • ARRT (R) certification required
  • Active state license as a general radiographer required, if applicable
  • Graduate of an AMA-accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
  • Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
  • No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

  • Responsibilities include basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, OR imaging services, and routine procedures
  • Work is performed under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols, serving both inpatient and outpatient populations
  • Any color scrubs are acceptable
  • RTO requests must be for less than one week
  • Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
