Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a weekend package position in Bettendorf, IA, requiring Epic and Siemens CT scanner experience.
Details
- Level 3 trauma center setting in Bettendorf, IA
- CT department using Siemens Somotom and Siemens Go scanners
- EMR: Epic (experience required)
- Friday through Sunday weekend package schedule
- 3x12-hour day shifts from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of CT technologist experience required
- Active ARRT certification required
- Current BLS (AHA) required
- Iowa state license required to be in hand at time of consideration; Illinois license required — apply at time of offer (license required if applicable)
- Experience with Siemens Somotom and Siemens Go CT scanners required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Taxable address must be outside of 50 miles from the facility
- Driver's license required for consideration
- One supervisory reference from within 2 years of employment or contract required for consideration
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Candidates who have been employed by this facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Travelers will be required to work 1–2 of 3 summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day
- As part of an interdisciplinary team, the CT Tech contributes clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care
