Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac/Progressive Care Float Pool position requiring at least 3 years of experience and active ACLS and BLS certifications.
Details
- Float pool position in a cardiac/progressive care (stepdown) unit within an acute care hospital setting
- Managers will interview and place travelers in the unit that best fits their skills and experience
- Schedule is 3x12-hour night shifts per week
- Charting is performed in Cerner EMR
Requirements
- Active RN license in Indiana (IN) or a Compact state currently in hand
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
- Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS (both AHA)
- Cardiac/progressive care or stepdown unit experience required
Additional Information
- BSN is not required for this position
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position
- Candidates residing between 50–100 miles of the facility may be eligible but at a reduced pay rate
- A manager interview is required prior to placement; candidates will be placed on the unit that best matches their background
