Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week night shift assignment in an ACR-accredited MRI Radiology department, requiring a minimum of 2 years of hospital-based MRI experience.

Details

• MRI Radiology department within a 220-bed acute care hospital facility
• Located on the 1st floor of the facility
• All routine MR exams performed
• GE 1.5T and GE 3T MRI equipment in use
• Meditech and Centricity EMR systems (experience preferred)
• Night shifts Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
• Staff includes 3 full-time and 3 PRN technologists; day shift is fully staffed with night shift operating on an on-call basis

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience in a hospital setting
• Must have active MR registration (ARRT-MR or equivalent)
• Current BLS certification required
• NH state license required if applicable
• Must have active clinical experience in MRI within the last 6 months
• GE MR experience preferred
• Meditech and Centricity EMR experience preferred
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required (two required for candidates from Florida or Missouri)

Additional Information

• Performs all routine MR examinations
• Facility is ACR-accredited in MR and Breast MR
• Blue scrubs required
• Ideal candidate is a team player who is flexible and reliable
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible for this position
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
