Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of CT experience and Philips equipment proficiency for a night shift contract in Mount Clemens, MI.

Details

• Hospital-based CT department setting
• 3x12 hour night shifts per week
• Every other weekend required
• On-call shifts are possible
• Uses Philips CT equipment
• Cerner EMR

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT experience required
• Philips CT equipment experience required
• Active Michigan state license required
• ARRT certification required
• BLS certification required (must be AHA-issued)
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Perform CT scanning procedures including patient positioning, immobilization, and IV contrast administration as protocolled by a Radiologist
• Responsible for image quality control, daily equipment calibration, and electronic image capture, storage, and transfer
• Monitor patients for contrast reactions and assist with emergency situations including CPR
• May float to a nearby sister hospital facility
• Online orientation modules must be completed onsite prior to start date, typically one week in advance
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Former full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of their employment end date
• RTO requests must be submitted prior to assignment start; requests made after offer acceptance will be reviewed by management
