Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with an active Ohio license for an evening shift travel assignment at an acute care facility in Ohio.
Details
- Evening shift hours, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 32 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday coverage required
- 13-week contract
- Uses Epic EMR and Pyxis medication dispensing system
- Respiratory therapy services delivered per provider order
Requirements
- RRT credential required — CRT is not accepted
- Active Ohio Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) license required
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Ohio license required if applicable
Additional Information
- Deliver respiratory therapy services as prescribed by provider orders
- Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently throughout the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs on occasion
- Role involves some exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, and chemicals
- First-time travelers are encouraged to apply if all qualifications are met
