Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift contract position at a Level 1 facility, requiring ARRT (CT) certification and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.

Details

• Work setting is a hospital-based CT unit at a Level 1 facility
• Daily patient census of approximately 125
• Schedule is 4x10-hour night shifts, Monday through Thursday, 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM
• May be required to float between two campus locations
• Epic EMR experience is preferred but not required

Requirements

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of CT experience required; 2 years preferred
• Level 1 facility experience required
• State license required if applicable; pending license accepted but must be obtained prior to start
• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Skills checklist required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of initial consideration; RTO requests made after submission will not be honored
• Pass/fail competency testing is administered on the first day of orientation, including a Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test; candidates have one opportunity to pass
• Attendance policy is in effect: missing more than two shifts during the 13-week contract without reasonable cause may result in contract review or cancellation
• Block scheduling is not available for this position
