Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Level IV/Surgical NICU position requiring PALS certification and prior surgical NICU experience.
Details
- NICU setting within a hospital environment
- Level IV/Surgical NICU unit
- Common diagnoses include CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, abdominal wall defects, BPD, pulmonary hypertension, and pre/peri/post-op surgical cases
- 10-hour night shifts, Friday through Sunday
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active RN license — Georgia (GA) or Compact state license required
- Current PALS certification required; NRP preferred
- Prior Level IV and/or surgical NICU experience required
- Date of birth required for consideration
- Two professional references preferred
- Flu vaccine required — no exceptions (religious and/or medical exemptions are not accepted)
Additional Information
- Nicotine-free facility — nicotine testing is required alongside standard drug screening with no exceptions
- Provide care to critically ill neonates including surgical and complex medical cases
