Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Level IV/Surgical NICU position requiring PALS certification and prior surgical NICU experience.

Details

• NICU setting within a hospital environment
• Level IV/Surgical NICU unit
• Common diagnoses include CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, abdominal wall defects, BPD, pulmonary hypertension, and pre/peri/post-op surgical cases
• 10-hour night shifts, Friday through Sunday
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active RN license — Georgia (GA) or Compact state license required
• Current PALS certification required; NRP preferred
• Prior Level IV and/or surgical NICU experience required
• Date of birth required for consideration
• Two professional references preferred
• Flu vaccine required — no exceptions (religious and/or medical exemptions are not accepted)

Additional Information

• Nicotine-free facility — nicotine testing is required alongside standard drug screening with no exceptions
• Provide care to critically ill neonates including surgical and complex medical cases
