Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Adult Emergency Department position in San Antonio, TX, requiring at least 1 year of ED experience and evening/overnight shift availability.
Details
- Adult Emergency Department (ED) unit at a hospital in San Antonio, TX
- Evening/overnight shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active TX or Compact RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in an emergency department setting
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
- Current ACLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
- TNCC certification required
- CPI certification required (SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA may be accepted in lieu of CPI based on facility requirement)
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
