Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Nashville, TN, working night shifts on a Friday–Sunday weekend schedule with a minimum of 2 years of experience required.
Details
- Located in the CT Department of a 126-bed acute care hospital in Nashville, TN
- Covers both the main hospital CT department and an associated freestanding emergency department (FSED)
- Performs all general CT procedures, including stroke protocols
- CT-guided and IR-type procedures experience is preferred but not required
- CT and X-ray (XR) skills are both utilized in this role
- GE CT equipment is used on-site
- Meditech is the EMR/documentation system used
- Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday through Sunday
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience, with active experience within the last 6 months
- ARRT registration in Radiology required; ARRT CT registry preferred
- BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
- Active state license required if applicable
- Meditech experience preferred
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- One professional reference required (two required if licensed in Florida or Missouri)

- Experienced staff and leadership are available on-site for support
- Scrubs of any color are acceptable, provided they are non-distracting and professional in appearance
- Candidates must have no gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Facility is TJC and ACR accredited
