Description
American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with at least 2 years of recent experience for a 13-week day shift contract at an acute care hospital requiring candidates to live more than 50 miles from the facility.
Details
- Work in a Respiratory Care unit at an acute care hospital
- Day shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
- 13-week contract
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Driver's License required for consideration
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a minimum 2-year break before being considered
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is accepted
- References are not required at the time of submission but will be needed during the compliance process
