Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a Level II Trauma Center in Everett, WA, with acute care and discharge planning experience required and a schedule of 5x8 day shifts with every other weekend.

Details

• Work setting is a 571-bed Level II Trauma Center spanning two campuses less than 2 miles apart (Colby and Pacific)
• Unit: Case Management, with floating required across all areas of the hospital and both campuses
• Day shift schedule: 5x8 hours, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week contract
• Charting via Epic (experience required)
• Parking is facility paid

Requirements

• Active WA state or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required
• Discharge planning and/or care coordination experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Diverse case management experience (Med/Surg, LLOS, ED) strongly preferred
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting required for consideration
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

• Scrubs may be any color except reddish-orange

• Refusal to float between facility campuses may result in assignment termination
