Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with Siemens scanner experience for an outpatient CT assignment in Ohio.

Details

• Outpatient CT setting within a large healthcare organization
• Adult outpatient patient population
• Procedures include CT scans of extremities, abdomen, chest, head/neck, and spine
• Siemens CT scanner equipment used
• 5x8-hour day shifts, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Weekend and holiday coverage required as needed
• May float to other units within the organization as needed

Requirements

• Active ARRT (CT) certification required
• Active BLS certification required
• Valid state license required if applicable
• Siemens CT scanner experience required
• Proficiency with IV starts and contrast administration
• Experience with CT imaging of extremities, abdomen, chest, head/neck, and spine
• 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a Manager, Director, or Supervisor — a Charge RN is acceptable as the second reference; coworker references are not accepted

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
• Former employees of the facility are eligible after a minimum 6-month separation
• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of consideration and is limited to 7 days or fewer
• Ohio fingerprinting is required and must be completed promptly after accepting the position — candidates outside Ohio will need to travel to an Ohio fingerprinting location or complete a mailed fingerprinting packet upon receipt
