Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift assignment in a hospital-based CT Scan department, requiring 2+ years of experience and active ARRT CT certification.

Details

• Hospital-based CT Scan department in a 350-bed acute care facility
• Procedures include CTA, abdomen/pelvis, brain, MSK, and chest CT scans
• GE Revolution Evo and Beijing Optima CT equipment
• Meditech EMR documentation system
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekends required
• Call rotation: Mon–Fri 7p–7a; weekends 7a–7p and 7p–7a

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, with active experience within the last 6 months
• Active BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start)
• ARRT certification with CT specialization
• Florida General Radiographer License required if applicable
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration — no Canadian SSN accepted
• Two professional references required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates will not be considered
• Black scrubs required
• Must be team-oriented and able to function independently with minimal supervision
• Candidates are expected to demonstrate adaptability and patient-centered care practices
