Description
American Traveler seeks a Radiation Oncology RN with a current Colorado license, BLS/ACLS, and a minimum of 2 years of RN travel experience for a leading cancer treatment facility in the Rockies.
Details
- Outpatient oncology clinic setting at a nationally accredited cancer treatment center
- Radiation Oncology unit serving patients with diverse cancer diagnoses and treatment plans
- Advanced treatment modalities including tumor-genetic profiling and a broad range of radiation therapies
- Schedule is four 10-hour shifts per weekday (4x10s)
Requirements
- Active Colorado RN license in good standing (license required if applicable)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of Radiation Oncology RN experience
- Minimum of 2 years of travel RN experience required
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of chronic illness, comorbidity management, and latest oncology evidence-based practices
- Proof of flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
- DOB or SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Coordinate oncology patient care with interdisciplinary staff across varying age groups, developmental stages, and cultural backgrounds
- Apply current knowledge of hematology/oncology, immunology, pharmacology, and community health best practices
- Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local candidates accepted
