Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatrics position requiring an active SC RN license, Epic EMR proficiency, and night shift availability.

Details

• Inpatient pediatrics unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
• 20-week contract
• Epic EMR is used; 1 year of Epic experience required
• Floating to other Prisma Health units and/or campuses may be required based on census needs; staff will only float to units they are qualified for and tasks within their demonstrated competencies
• Free parking available

Requirements

• Active SC RN license or compact license currently in hand (pending licensure not accepted)
• Current certifications: BLS, PALS, and NRP required
• Minimum 1 year of recent pediatrics nursing experience required
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• NICU experience preferred but not required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from all Prisma Health facilities to be eligible for the travel pay rate; candidates residing between 90–99.9 miles may be considered at a reduced rate
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of consideration; approval is based on facility availability
