Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic setting in Terre Haute, IN, with InSync EMR experience preferred.

- Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting

Requirements
- Active PT license required; candidates may begin with a compact license but must obtain full Indiana state licensure during the assignment
- SSN required for consideration
- 1 professional reference required for consideration
- Experience with InSync EMR preferred

- Clinicians who have previously worked for this employer in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before returning as a traveler
