Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract in Montana, requiring active MT or compact licensure and a minimum of 18 months of RN experience.

• Hospital operating room setting
• Modalities include circulating, scrubbing, and combined circulation and scrub roles
• Variable day shift schedule with on-call requirements
• Full-time position at 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
• Shift flexibility required to cover all shifts as needed

Requirements

• Active MT RN license or compact license currently in hand
• Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
• Associate's degree, diploma, or BSN from an accredited School of Nursing required
• Must reside at least 90 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• CNOR certification preferred
• 1 year of circulating experience preferred
• 1 year of scrub experience preferred

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis, plan of care development and implementation, and outcome evaluation
• Participates in stroke education: 2 hours of initial cerebrovascular disease education within the first year, plus 1 hour annually
• Collaborates with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team to support quality care delivery
• 13-week contract duration
