Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at a Level II Trauma Center, requiring at least 1 year of CT experience, BLS, ARRT-CT, and ARRT-R certifications.

Details

• Level II Trauma Center serving outpatient, interventional radiology, emergency, and inpatient populations
• 571 total staffed beds across both campuses
• CT department with float requirement between ER and Main CT
• Day shifts, 5x8 hours, Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call required
• No weekend requirements
• Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
• Epic EMR required
• GE equipment experience required within the past year

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Tech experience required
• Active BLS, ARRT-CT, and ARRT-R certifications required
• Experience with GE CT equipment within the past year
• Proficiency with Stroke Protocol required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Active professional license required if applicable
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty and setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• First-time travelers accepted with at least 2 years of experience

Additional Information

• This position does not accept local candidates
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
• Scrubs of any color are permitted, with the exception of reddish-orange
• Facility-paid parking
• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; excessive RTO requests may impact placement
