Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position with rotating 8- and 10-hour day shifts and on-call requirements.

Details

Hospital-based Operating Room (OR) setting
Rotating schedule of 4x10-hour shifts and 5x8-hour shifts
Day shift hours: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (8-hour) or 6:30 AM–5:00 PM (10-hour)
On-call required weekly, with weekend call coverage from 7:00 AM Saturday through 7:00 AM Monday
Weekday on-call hours: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (8-hour) or 7:30 AM–6:00 PM (10-hour)
On-call required approximately every 7th or 8th weekend

Requirements

Active PA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
Operating Room nursing experience required
All time off and scheduling requests must be listed at the time of initial consideration
2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Additional Information

13-week contract assignment
Perioperative nursing care provided within a hospital OR environment
