Description
American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at a Level III Trauma, Joint Commission-accredited community hospital in Lake Havasu City, AZ, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Details
- Work in the Diagnostic Radiology department of a 171-bed community hospital and regional referral center
- Level III Trauma Center and Certified Chest Pain Center
- Schedule is Thursday through Saturday, 12:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with shared call
- Shared call equates to approximately 3–4 shifts per month
- Weekday call runs 15.5 hours (4:30 PM to 7:00 AM); weekend call is 24 hours (Saturday 7:00 AM to Sunday 7:00 AM, Sunday 7:00 AM to Monday 7:00 AM)
- Every other weekend included in schedule
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience
- AHA certifications required
- Active state license required if applicable
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- 13-week contract based in Lake Havasu City, AZ
- Weekly orientation provided
- Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment
- Conveniently located near Las Vegas (2.5 hrs), Phoenix (3.25 hrs), Grand Canyon National Park (3.5 hrs), and Los Angeles/San Diego (5 hrs)
- Surrounded by outdoor recreation including fishing, golfing, swimming, and hiking, as well as local restaurants, breweries, and distilleries
