Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist with acute/inpatient experience for a 13-week day shift assignment at a Level 3 trauma center in Albany, Oregon.
Details
- Acute care inpatient setting at a 79-bed Level 3 trauma center
- Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services provided
- Patient population spans pediatrics to geriatrics with orthopedic, neurological, and ADL-related needs
- Outpatient interventions include hand therapy, orthopedics, neuro, custom splinting, driving assessments, and ADL training
- Day shift, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM, no weekends
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Oregon OT license required (license required if applicable)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant OT experience
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification required
Additional Information
- Evaluate and treat patients experiencing decline in self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence
- Inpatient duties include evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and ADL needs
- This facility strictly adheres to all posted job requirements and will not make exceptions for experience, certifications, or skills
