Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Tele position at a critical access hospital in Chewelah, WA, requiring Epic experience and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Details

• Critical access hospital setting with a total of 23 staff beds
• Med/Surg Tele unit with a 1:5 patient ratio
• Variable shift available as either nights (7p–7a) or days (7a–7p), 3x12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend required at minimum
• Floating required between facilities within the state of Washington
• No on-call requirements
• Epic EMR experience required
• Block schedules are not required

Requirements

• Active WA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Tele RN experience required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• RN may float between Providence St. Joseph's Hospital and Providence Mt. Carmel Hospital based on census needs
• Travelers who refuse to float between facilities risk termination of their assignment
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
• Scrub color: any color accepted
• No parking fee at this facility
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; excessive time-off requests may impact placement
• Any RTO or scheduling requests must be disclosed prior to submission, as post-offer requests may be denied
