Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 1+ year of CT and X-ray experience for a 13-week travel contract on a rotating evening/night schedule.

Details

• Work in a hospital-based Computerized Tomography (CT) department
• Primary shift is 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with rotating schedule across a 2-week pay period: Week 1 — Mon–Wed 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Fri–Sat 11:00 PM–7:00 AM; Week 2 — Mon–Wed and Fri 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Every other weekend (EOW), works 3rd shift 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Holidays rotate with regular staff
• On-call requirements are based on department needs and may be added as needed
• May assist in X-ray when CT is slow and X-ray is busy
• May be required to float to other units onsite or to facilities within 40 miles based on skill set
• Uses Epic EMR — prior Epic experience preferred
• Prior travel experience preferred

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CT and X-ray experience required
• ARRT certification required
• BLS certification required — must be AHA-issued
• License required if applicable
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a valid US home address
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform CT imaging and assist with X-ray procedures as needed based on departmental volume
