Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced CVOR RN for a 13-week assignment in an Operating Room setting, requiring a minimum of 18 months of CVOR experience and an active GA or Compact RN license.

Details

• Position is based in a hospital Operating Room, specifically within a cardiovascular OR (CVOR) unit
• AM shift, 10-hour shifts
• 13-week contract assignment
• Strong endovascular experience is required, with proficiency across cardiac and vascular procedures

Requirements

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 18 months of full-time CVOR experience within a setting of similar acuity, within the last 3 years
• Demonstrated proficiency in cardiac and vascular procedures (self-rated 3s and 4s required)
• Strong endovascular (wires) experience required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible

Additional Information

• Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must have been separated from the health system for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility, a minimum separation of 18 months is required
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or a maximum of 3 days if RTO falls on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted, and consecutive holiday RTO days will not be approved
