Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position in Lithonia, GA, requiring a GA or compact RN license and a minimum of 18 months of ER experience.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Department of an acute care hospital in Lithonia, GA
• 13-week travel contract
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible

Additional Information

• Former permanent staff of Emory or Houston facilities must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a separation of at least 18 months is required
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and consecutive days off around holidays are unlikely to be approved
• Full SSN and DOB are required for consideration
