Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an IMC (Intermediate Care) position requiring telemetry, ventilator, and transplant experience across both an Acute Med/Progressive Care unit and a Thoracic unit.
Details
- Work spans two IMC units: an Acute Med/Progressive Care unit and a Thoracic unit
- Patient population includes telemetry oncology, cardiac, and PCU/DOU/IMC/stepdown cases
- Ventilator and transplant patient care required
- Schedule consists of a combination of 12-hour and 8-hour evening/night shifts totaling 40 hours per week
- Shift times are 7:00 PM–7:30 AM and 7:00 PM–3:30 AM
- Schedule runs Monday through Friday with every other weekend required
- Some holiday coverage required
Requirements
- Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Prior telemetry experience required, including oncology, cardiac, and PCU/DOU/IMC/stepdown settings
- Ventilator experience required
- Transplant experience required
