Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab Recovery (Pre/Post) position at a Level II Trauma Center in Bradenton, FL, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience with both PACU and Cath Lab Recovery backgrounds.

Details

• Position is located within the Cath Lab Recovery unit (740) of a 383-bed Level II Trauma Center
• Shift hours are 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM with on-call responsibilities
• 13-week travel contract
• Every other weekend required, with holiday rotation alongside hospital staff

Requirements

• Active FL RN license or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start)
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in PACU and Cath Lab Recovery required
• Both PACU and Cath Lab Recovery experience are required for this position
• US SSN and date of birth (DOB) required for consideration — no Canadian SSNs accepted
• Two professional references required (Florida state requirement)
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provides pre- and post-procedural recovery care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures
• Navy blue scrubs required for RNs
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position
• Parking is available in an adjacent parking garage
