Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a fast-paced Emergency Department position at a Level 2 Trauma Center, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ED experience and TNCC certification.

Details

• 54-bed blended (pediatric and adult) Emergency Department setting
• High-volume, high-acuity Level 2 Trauma Center averaging 220 patients per day
• Evening shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 15:00–03:00
• Epic EMR experience required
• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are eligible with a pay rate differential

Requirements

• Active MD or Compact RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (pending TNCC accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required
• Preceptor and triage experience preferred
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration
• 2-Step PPD tuberculosis test and Flu vaccine required — no exemptions
