Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a rehabilitation setting, working standard daytime hours Monday through Sunday.
Details
- Rehabilitation institute setting
- Schedule is 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; must be open to working any day of the week as self-scheduling is not available
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience required
- Active PT license required if applicable
- CPI or equivalent crisis prevention certification may be required depending on unit assignment
- SSN (full preferred; last 4 acceptable), date of birth, and driver's license required for consideration
- One professional reference required for consideration
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
Additional Information
- Requested time off should be limited to fewer than 7 days for the duration of the contract
- Candidates who have previously worked for Tenet Healthcare must disclose this history for consideration
