Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a hospital-based Case Management position in California, requiring 2 years of experience and an active CA RN license.

Details

• Hospital-based Case Management unit
• Patient population includes Medical/Surgical, Cardiac, Vascular, and some Neurological diagnoses
• Day shift schedule, 5x8s (8:00–16:30 weekdays; 8:30–17:00 weekends)
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating required
• Holiday coverage required when applicable
• EMR: Epic (experience required)
• Block scheduling

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN Case Management experience required
• All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
